Introducing our SLIDERS!

The Sliders will take the plunge down the custom-made slippery dip, into the icy cold waters of the Kyby Kids Pool.

Arthur Eyles, Fay Russell & Nicole Pink have named their price! The have agreed to go down the slide ONLY IF we raise $1,000 for each of their campaigns.

All donations will be passed on to Cancer Council SA for research, support services and prevention programs.

A community effort – coming together to raise awareness & funds for Cancer Research

Since 2014, the Kybybolite Football & Netball Club set aside one home game a year when we trade the iconic Kyby Tigers Black and Yellow for HOT PINK to raise awareness & funds for Cancer Council SA.

For the first time in 2019, Club President Jamie Tidy has introduced a new element to the day, called “Kyby Cools Cancer”. Inspired by the AFL’s Big Freeze slide, we’ll be sending local identities down the slide -off the balcony and into a pool of ice – all in the name of fundraising.

How You Can Help

Join us on the day

We welcome anyone to come along and join in. On the day we have raffles, money boards and a very impressive trading table with everything pink. After the game is finished and before teas have started we have a small auction, which is a lot of fun.

Make a Donation

We all have a reason to do our part to make a difference so that cancer can be a thing of the past. It is truly humbling that we receive so much community support that we can pass on to Cancer Council SA’s research, support services and prevention programs.

Get a Photo with the Board

We also have our hashtag board with #kybytigerskickcancer, which has travelled to all the businesses involved and is a chance to snap your own picture, upload on your Social Media & help to support the cause, and generate awareness!
